Security score

The Score page turns daily security and operations evidence into a reviewable snapshot for the selected account.

Review a score

Use the calendar to move between dates. A day with a report can show the score version, alert-processing snapshot, operational pillars, MITRE ATT&CK threat lifecycle, data-quality details, and improvement actions. If more than one report exists for a day, use the report selector to choose a version. Score history is retained in the page for the most recent two weeks. The score is an evidence view, not a replacement for investigating individual cases.

Read the main sections

  • Operational pillars group the evidence used to assess security operations.
  • MITRE ATT&CK Threat Lifecycle organizes relevant activity across the lifecycle.
  • Data Quality helps identify missing or incomplete source data.
  • Score Policy explains how the displayed result is interpreted.
  • Action Required to Improve Score lists the recommended next steps when they are available.

Use the export action when you need the latest score as a PDF. The report may be unavailable while the daily report is still being generated.

Score status

  • All Clear indicates a stable posture.
  • Needs Review indicates that the posture should be reviewed.
  • Action Required indicates that the score or unresolved findings require follow-up.
  • Pending report or Report coming soon means the selected day does not have a completed score report yet.

Step-by-step: review and export a score

  1. Confirm the selected account.
  2. Open the report-date calendar and move between months with the month arrows. Select a day marked as having a report.
  3. Review the recent two-week history when comparing scores. If the selected day has multiple versions, select the required report from the report selector; the latest version is identified in the list.
  4. Read the overall score and status, then review Operational Pillars, the MITRE ATT&CK stage summary, and the alert-processing snapshot.
  5. Expand the data-quality details and check records processed, excluded records, missing MITRE mappings, priority conflicts, and severity source.
  6. Open Score Policy when you need to explain the calculation method, critical cap, severity rules, or MITRE mapping rules.
  7. Review Action Required to Improve Score and assign the recommended follow-up work.
  8. Select the export action, or Export Executive PDF Report in the header, to download the latest score PDF.

The PDF export always uses the latest available score for the selected account. It becomes available after the daily report is generated; if it is still processing, return later and check the report date again.
