Access history

Access history records access to the selected account’s data for review by account administrators and owners. It helps you inspect access by customer users, customer API integrations, and internal support.

Open and filter access history

Open Account Settings for the account, then select Access history. By default, the page shows the most recent events. Use From, To, and Actor to narrow the results, then select Apply.

The actor filter includes:

  • Customer user;
  • Customer API; and
  • Internal support.

Each row shows the timestamp, actor, channel, action, and resource. Channels can include the Web dashboard, API, or MCP. By default, actor names are shown as actor categories; enable Show login names when you need the recorded login name and your permissions allow it.

Read timestamps and results

Use Display time to show timestamps in your browser’s local time or in UTC. The default unfiltered view is limited to the most recent five pages (125 events); add a date or actor filter to search the full matching history. Results are paginated at 25 events per page.

Access history is best-effort audit evidence. An interrupted browser or network request while an event is being recorded does not replace the original request’s result with an error.

Step-by-step: review access to an account

  1. Confirm the account in the application header and open its Admin or Account Settings page.
  2. Select Access history.
  3. Set From, To, or Actor filters when you need a specific review window, then select Apply.
  4. Choose Local time or UTC from Display time.
  5. Enable Show login names if the review requires the recorded user identity.
  6. Review the timestamp, actor, channel, action, and resource for each event. Use Previous and Next to move through the results.
Account scope and permissions

Access history is account-scoped and is limited to account administrators and owners. Confirm the selected account before interpreting or sharing the results.
